Can you help me if I don’t know the best course of action for my situation?

Yes. We offer a free telephone consultation up to 20 minutes. If you wish to proceed after the telephone consultation you will make an appointment, complete forms we will e-mail to you, and then come to our office to provide additional explanation of your situation to us. We’ll give you the best routes to take, balancing between time, cost, and the likelihood of success.  While you don’t have to make a commitment during that time, we do charge a $100.00 in-office consultation fee which we apply to fees after you sign a retainer agreement. Our main function at this point is to serve as your source of legal advice.

If you live a distance from our office, we can accommodate you by way of Skype or an extended phone appointment at your convenience.

What will you do during an appointment?

We will listen to your situation and give our best consultation derived from 12 years of immigration cases.  It is also an opportunity for us to become acquainted with you and show how we can make a significant difference in your outcome.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

If you know which case type you have, we can provide a basic checklist of documents we will need.  While many of the documents will not be needed immediately, we encourage you to bring your basic information such as your passport and state issued identification as well as any related documents such as your marriage certificate, birth certificates, completed petitions or approval notices. If you are not certain about a document, bring it anyway.

How do I pay your legal fees?

Deposits/Refunds

We require an initial deposit before we can begin your case.  The deposit fee is generally 1/3 of posted legal fee, listed on our services page. All legal fees you deposit will be in your personal trust fund and withdrawn only when we work for you. If you decide halfway through that you would like to discontinue the case, we will bill you by the hour and refund any unused balance.

Do you guarantee my case outcome?

We can’t make guarantees or assurances, but we do every little thing possible to give you a better chance of a successful case.  It is the steps we take as part of your family that gives us such high referral rate and successful cases.
